CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.

CrossFit is many things. Primarily, it’s a fitness regimen developed by Coach Greg Glassman over several decades. He was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way (increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains). CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

CLASS OPTIONS

Bootcamp:

Every class on Tuesday and Thursday’s, and Saturday’s at 11 am
This class is endurance and skill work based. They will push every athlete to raise their heart rate, sweat a lot, and use very minimal barbells. This class will focus on body weight movements, running, rowing, and minimal equipment. If you are looking for a class to maximize fat burning, improve your endurance, and gain strength, this class is for you!


Competition WOD:

Every weekday at 7pm
Competition WOD is a program designed to take athletes to the next level. In this class you will see more higher skill, higher volume workouts geared towards preparing athletes for local CrossFit competitions. There is no minimum requirements from athletes to join us, we welcome anyone who wants to put in extra work and better themselves.


CrossFit:

Every class on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday’s at 9:30 am and 12 pm
This is our regular CrossFit class. The class will use barbells and other modes of exercise to improve functional fitness, strength, and endurance. The workout’s will vary everyday and very rarely repeat. This keeps the body at bay and maximizes results in strength, fat burning, and endurance.
